Weekly Photo Challenge: Ready

It’s a little late this week, but the theme is ‘ready’.

Here’s a shot of the Italian rugby union team having a pre-match huddle prior to their Six Nations clash with Wales back in 2010.

It didn’t work, they lost.

I enjoyed the game though!

About elentari86

Apparently blogs need to cover a certain niche in order to attract readers. My aim is not to attract readers. I don't deny it would be nice not to just be spouting to myself, but the reason I set this blog up was to give myself somewhere to write down my thoughts. If anyone reads them, that's a bonus. This blog will cover a mix of things - anything that comes to mind that I want to write about. I make no promises about how often I will publish new content.

  1. I use to play rugby in California. We were called The Surfers. We toured in Australia, New Zealand, and the Fiji Islands. We had a great time. And we Won!!!! This was back in 1986

Good detail… Yep, their wins are few and far between but all the more special when they do …

  3. Terrific shot, especially the colors and form. The one player with his leg kicked up provides the perfect break. Really good.

I like the Colors…nice photography, but, the Colors are the same as my favorite College Basketball team, the University of North Carolina.
